beauty of your salvation. We are but human and inclined to be sinful;
Save us Lord; Satan is always laying traps at our feet. Take us into
yourself and we will be safe. All praise and Glory be to the only

Who is like you Father? Who forgives completely every child who comes to you in repentance. Can we do any other than adore and worship you? As you increase our love and faith so we can love and worship you more. Accept the praise we offer and bless us with your Holy Spirit; guide us into your way that we may meet and be one with you. We in you, you in us. Teach us your mercy and grant us your peace Amen. | Different. Lord, I want to be different I want to be the wind that rustles the trees. I want to be the wave that washes the shore. I want to be the rain that waters the desert. I want to be different! I want to swim with the fish, fly with the birds; Be the grass under your feet. You did such wonderful things with your life. Lord, you said we could do this, and more. Lord, I want that; I want to be different. Lord I want to be like you Lord; like you! Live your life in me Lord, Make me different…Amen | Father in heaven, you made us with love and perfectly put us together. We err and wander from the path you have put before us . In love you correct us and bring us back. Forgive us for being self willed. Help us to be obedient, guide us in all our ways..... Amen |
| Lord I love you. Lord I love you. Are you fed up of hearing me say that? Are you bored with my attention to you? Do I ask too much of your time. I know, I have no voice to sing to you. If I did I would sing you the most beautiful love songs. I am not rich, neither am I beautiful. I am no longer young. I have nothing to draw your attention to me, But my love and that is very small. You know me Lord, all my faults; all my weaknesses. How many tests have I failed? How many times have I let you down? How many times have I turned away? Lord, I love you: I keep saying it lest you forget me. Thank you Lord. Your love is so great; it shines through my doubt, And my darkness. It is so wonderful it reaches down to my feeble love, It infuses itself into my soul: so I can say, I love y ou Lord………Amen | We hear O Lord you are one God and there is none beside you. We lay at the roadside beaten and bleeding, pass us not by. You alone are our rescuer. The world hates us because we are different. They have no power, all power is yours Who can we trust like you? Who is faithful like you? Our deepest woes are known to you, you help us. You do not say " you deserve that" you reward us with your love and forgiveness. Our love is so small, and our faith so little, our need of you so great. Thank you for being there for us, thank you for showing us you are there in a way that makes it impossible for us not to believe Amen. | Father God holy and righteous, I thank you for the place you chose for me to be born. , and live. I thank you for the peace of it. For the beauty of it. For the lifelong joy of it; I give you praise. Amen. | Father in heaven be our guide through the days ahead Show us how to treat people with the respect due to them whatever their station in life for in you there are only your children . teach us how to enlarge our family; to bring lost children back to you. | A sorry prayer. Sorry lady, I would like to help, But my train is due, I'm sure you understand. The "lady" a victim Clearly needed help. "You all right love, You look awful Ah, here comes my bus, Someone will come along." The victim: beaten and robbed, Lay in the gutter, Face bruised and bleeding; Whispered a little prayer. " Please God, help me! Help me up from this gutter." Along came the victim's worst enemy. A hated neighbour, With too many children; A dog, two cats; a son With a motor bike, And a heart of gold: she helped. Amen | And so it is writ, upon the sacred page . . The wisdom and guidance for men of every age; Handed down in love: from him, who wrote the Book, And made the rules; and all the trouble took; To protect his own against the enemy. To give them life for all eternity, Life that is safe; from every evil schemer Purchased for us by the blood of our redeemer: Who suffered in a very special way? Making sure he had enough the price to pay. So sally forth in faith, where he will send, We will never break even though we bend. Christ is the matrix in which we are shaped and formed. He holds us together, we cannot be harmed. Speak now; make known your request; He will answer: remember he knows best. Amen | O God our heavenly Father, most merciful
and Holy one; whose hand placed the stars in the sky and set them in
their orbit. You made the fish in the sea, the birds in the air; the
volcano and the earthquake. Who is like you in power and strength? We
praise you for all your great works. For all the wonders of the earth.
For the visible and invisible things. Your wisdom and knowledge are
boundless. Nothing is useless or unwanted with you. Amen |
Thank you Lord, that no prayer goes unheard. You hear the unspoken prayers. Thank you that your arm is ever outstretched to save, Thank you that your heart does not grow hard and cold toward us. Thank you that you never turn away from us. For such is your mercy that it endures forever…. Amen. |
